We have a pie-shaped lot and we made use of every inch of available space. Our design, by Hittmeier Design Consultants, was a modern take on a Mediterranean style. Our "small addition" was almost 1,500 square feet and included a bathroom/shower, air-conditioned living space and full bar and kitchen with pantry. We now have a backyard paradise we enjoy every single day. Sterling Ridge was on time, on budget and incredibly helpful around every turn.
